1. When will my order ship?

Each order is processed with care before shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it has been shipped, including tracking details. Processing times can vary depending on product demand and release cycles.


2. How long will delivery take?

Persona ships within the United States only. Delivery times depend on the carrier and location, but all orders are guaranteed to arrive within 180 days of purchase. Most arrive much sooner.


3. Why does Persona allow up to 180 days for delivery?

Persona often operates on a pre-order model as a growing, design-driven startup. This approach allows us to produce pieces responsibly and ensure quality in every batch. The 180-day window is a generous grace period that accounts for production timelines, material sourcing, and custom manufacturing — though most orders ship well before that timeframe.


4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — we accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still in original condition. A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. For full details, please visit our Return and Refund Policy.


5. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email personabyyub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your case and help resolve it as quickly as possible.


6. Do you restock past drops?

Most Persona pieces are released in limited quantities and are not restocked once sold out. Some designs may return in future variations or capsule collections, but each drop is made to stay distinct and exclusive.
