Return Eligibility

Delivery Guarantee
Many Persona pieces are produced as limited drops or pre-orders, and some require extended production times.
We guarantee that all orders will be delivered within 180 days (six months) from the purchase date.
While most items arrive much sooner, pre-order timelines can vary.
If your order has not been delivered within 180 days, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Persona cannot guarantee receipt of items not delivered to our facility.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their return.
